Hello everyone, it's been awhile since my latest post, isn't it?

Today, I will try to explain the conclusion from the journal that I've read.
And I will focusing more into the reason why i it considering as essential to hire a professional in teaching English for Elementary School student.

As what the author had stated, the most essential part in achieving a great English teacher is there should be a training programs before they can start to teach the learner in the classroom. This part, is expected to create effective teachers with a good command of English and an ability to act as a good teachers.

Thus, the conclution towards this problem that still occurs until today is, the government who lead the education system should be able to create a training program for the people who are willing to be the English teacher, so that the learning process will be more effecient, and effective.
