Proposed good classroom practices (Methodology).

In this part of the journal, the author revealed his opinion that teachers should have a good command of english, but other than that there are some facilities that will help the students have a good ability in English.

There are some aspects that will help the teaching of English to Young Learners in Indonesia can function perfectly more than what the government expected.

1. English is to be used all the time to ensure that children have relatively much exposure to English.

The learning process that occurs in the classroom should provide the children to get as much as exposures to the language in order to be more 'open' to the language they are learning. Thus, children will more likely learn English as a new language more process.

2. Print-rich environment in English should be created in and around the classroom.

Classroom should provide the students with a lot of environment that help them gain literacy to the language. Such as, brochures, leaflets, circulars posters with caption, dictionaries and encyclopedias so that functionality of English is visible to the student in the classroom.

3. Teachers of English for young learners should use activity-based teaching-learning techniques such as total physical response (TPR), games, and projects.

Using activity-based learning in the classroom will help the children to be more faster in learning the language. For instance, children are interested in games, they can learn or play its game in english language, so they can learn and play at the same time.

4. Teachers of English for young learners should use various techniques for short periods of time to maintain the interest level of the children in engaging the English lessons.

Teachers suppose to have a creativity in making a learning process more fun during a short
period of time, because children is easily get bored. In this part, teachers is should have a teaching techniques which able to ensure the children to keep focus.

5. Teachers of English for young learners should focus on functional English for vocabulary development, and for immediate fullfillment of communicative needs of the learners.

During the learning process in the class, teachers are required to speak in English so that the student will exposed to the new vocabulary, and encourage them to speak their minds in English.

6. Teachers of English for young learners should reiterate often ensure the acquisition of English expression or vocabulary items.

Make sure that the students encountered the words and expression in English thus, the easier they would acquisition the language. You will find that your students will learn and pick up new vocabulary in their talk and writing.

7. Teachers of English for young learners should provide useful, acquisition-promoting routines.

Create routines activities which teachers can put in in ther teaching techniques, such as reciting prayers together or 'show and tell" like teacher can ask the student to show the things and describe the things in English
